Your recipe is the most spot on authentic recipe that I have found. The only step I would explain a bit more in detail is at the end in turning the large pot over onto a plate. Not always so easy for a beginner. Soaking a few inches of the bottom of the pot in a sink with water helps to loosen the tahdig so it comes out looking beautiful.
