When you want to stretch out your Persimmons, add it to a salad!

So you’ve got leftover salad greens and persimmons, may as well add them to a salad for a new flavorful taste.  The great thing about this recipe is that it utilizes holiday leftovers like candied nuts and pomegranate seeds for other recipes.

It’s a great way to deviate from the festive flavors without blowing the bank on an abundance of new ingredients.


What you’ll need:

  • Greens (Spinach, Lettuce, Arugula, Kale… your pick!)
  • Persimmons
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Candied pecans or walnuts
  • Goat cheese
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette
