Honey glazed carrots and probably frozen peas and carrots are how I make carrots with dinner.  I simply don’t have imagination outside of that.  Don’t get me wrong, I love raw carrots and carrot juice.  Just when it comes to me actually responsible for the preparation, I haven’t thought of easy ways to cook carrots… until I stumbled across this Martha Stewart Carrot & Parsnip fries recipe.

What you’ll need:

  • Carrots
  • Parsnips
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Red pepper flakes
