Hearty Winter Greens Saute

This delicious recipe comes from Patrick & Gina Neely on the Food Network’s website.

What you’ll need:

1 bunch mustard greens, cleaned
1 bunch turnip greens, cleaned
1 bunch kale, cleaned
1 bunch Swiss chard, cleaned
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
