I love living Airbnb style in Hollywood.  I get to meet new people from all over the world and the energy of it keeps you moving forward. There is truly no cheaper way to do LA than a modern style hostile close to transportation.   However, I must confess, there are two things that makes it hard besides living out of a suitcase.  Living without a full sized oven is driving me mad… It’s got me craving oven recipes like this even more!  Then there is the case of coming home after a long day to a phantom food eater that only eats my food I was most looking forward to consuming.  And when you purposely come home with the intention of biting into a slice of pizza you walked 3 miles to get, you find yourself shouting to the rooftops:Hey guys, I’m too on a budget bitch!Someone said they do it because they are unafraid of the repercussions. I can see how I can get over feeding someone else when they’re hungry, I totally understand… but can you just ask?  I don’t think anyone knows how hard it is to get quality pizza in East Hollywood and just because I didn’t settle for Little Ceasar’s or frozen and walked 3 miles to get what I wanted doesn’t mean you can’t walk 3 miles for your pizza too… Truly, the lack of asking does upset me.  I digress…

So if you’re like me right now and got some hanger pains for something carb oriented, try this recipe!  You can easily substitute your own ingredients and feed your airbnb mates at the same time.  Thank goodness for a toaster oven, it may not come out as muffin perfect as these, but it’s a start!  😉

I do truly love that I can get my start in LA for only $750/mo and make friends along the way.  If you’re relocating or looking to curb costs, Try Airbnb.
