Sometimes, you need something that fills you and coats your palate. When it’s mid week approaching and you’re falling off the eat better wagon, try a comfort salad. The calories are high, but you’ll still get your greens. Baby steps. Baby steps.

What you’ll need:

  • Sour Cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt And Pepper
  • White Vinegar
  • Frozen Green Peas (thawed)
  • Bacon
  • Red Onion
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Parsley
