So glad I met Jenny Grayson on Congress a couple weeks ago! She was just one day shy of seeing me dressed up like the White Rabbit, but I loved her bike and her hustle, but most of all, her Gluten-free cookies were the jam.
Jenny’s going to be in the White Rabbit Shopping Run selling treats so you’ll be able to learn more about her and try her awesome sweets.
Casa de Glaze is a from-scratch bakery establishing a catering presence for professional and personal events. The menu, which includes vegan and gluten free sweets, is wildly flexible and changes on a weekly basis. Try the individual raspberry cheesecakes or pecan pies one week, and come back for carrot ginger cupcakes the next!
While Casa de Glaze does not yet have a physical location, they are mobile, sporting their custom made bakery tricycle named the Bikery. Catch the bikery on the streets of Austin selling an assortment of sweets. To get your fix, tweet Casa de Glaze (@casadeglaze) or follow them on Facebook or Instagram for current bikery locations.
The bakeshop is owned by Jenny Grayson, a baker that has always had a passion for food but has just recently taken the plunge into small business ownership. She’s crafty, hungry, enjoys sports and is always up for an intimidating challenge. Jenny can be seen biking the trike through downtown and selling her sweet creations from her uniquely crafted trike.
