Cabbage Soup is like NO Calories

It’s winter and sometimes that means the only thing that makes it feel all good is soup.  Try this like almost No calorie Cabbage Soup from the Weight Watchers Collection to warm you up and keep you light on your feet.  It’s a great way to stretch your cabbage and other veggie ingredients for dinner or lunch.

What you’ll need:

  • Beef Broth, Chicken broth, or Vegetable Broth
  • Garlic
  • Tomato Paste
  • Cabbage
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Green Beans
  • Zucchini
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Stretch Tip – You can stretch the leftover tomato paste to make a homemade pizza.  Don’t store the tomato paste in the can. Store in a ziplock bag or glass mason jar.
