  • Fresh Catfish (spring and summer are best seasons to get it fresh –> Feel free to substitute another fish for the Fall/Winter)
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Butter or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Grits
  • White cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Blackened seasoning to your taste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
